Sarah is the Intern Program Coordinator, where in that role she is most excited to see college students find where their passions intersect with the world’s needs. She demonstrated leadership qualities in college while serving as a Chapel Committee member and Team Chaplain for the women’s volleyball team. While attending SMC after college she served as a youth advisor. Sarah gained her Masters in Public Health from Arcadia University in 2016, which affords her skills in assessing community needs. Her graduate thesis explored employment and training programs for beneficiaries of SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program). Sarah has a B.S. in Biology from Houghton College, with a minor in Church Missions. In her free time she enjoys being outdoors, live concerts, coffee houses, and spending time with her fiancé, David.
