It's Complicated.

Join us Sunday mornings at 9:30am for the Current Sermon Series:

It's Complicated. Growing Together in a World That's Pulling Us Apart.

September 1 - October 6, 2019

With growing political and social divides that pull us in many different directions, can we counter the trends around us and actually grow closer in the body of Christ? Coming to church does not mean we simply avoid hot topics. Instead we need to learn to work through every topic looking to the word of God to guide us. Can we lovingly challenge each other while respecting views that are different than our own? Can we aim for unity in the essentials, but diversity in the non-essentials? How do we determine what is essential?

This sermon series takes on the complicated issues we face. This is challenging but it also gives us the opportunity to become stronger in our unity in serving Christ! The issues may be difficult to talk about, but it is crucial that we do so. Let’s enter in prayerfully and humbly as we look to God’s word and listen to one another.
